I write queer books. I write them to be enjoyed by anyone, but they all focus on queer characters of many different types. I typically advertise them in the M/M or gay romance market, but there are more than gay characters. They often feature non binary characters and have rather dark themes, so mind the trigger warnings. Almost all stories have graphic sex scenes.

Typically, not as main characters, but I do have some as side characters who are cishet. My fantasy series, though, features all types of relationships including straight ones.

I feel like I have a voice, and I am able to speak for things I care about. I believe that people have a responsibility to do what they can, even if it is only sharing posts, to help improve the lives of the people around us. We are in this together, and I think that helping others is the best way to go forward as a society.

I might alienate some people, but I'll be honest, I really don't mind. I want people who are the right people reading my books, and if someone is bothered by my activism, then they aren't the right people. I love my readers, and I hope even if they disagree with my views, that they will stay because it is possible that by seeing what I do, they may change their minds on what they believe.
